BME Now Account Deletion

This page explains how to request deletion of your BME Now account and what data is removed or retained.

Steps to request deletion

  1. Open the BME Now app.
  2. Go to Profile > Settings > Delete Account.
  3. Confirm your request in the app.

If you cannot access the app, email us at bookmyeventnow.in@gmail.com with your registered phone or email.

Data that is deleted

  • Profile details such as name, phone, and email.
  • Saved preferences, addresses, and favorites.
  • Device tokens and non-essential app identifiers.

Data that may be retained

  • Transaction records and invoices for legal and tax compliance.
  • Dispute, refund, or fraud-prevention records if applicable.
  • Aggregated or anonymized analytics that do not identify you.

Retention period: financial records may be kept for up to 7 years, or as required by law.
