This page explains how to request deletion of your BME Now account and what data is removed or retained.
Steps to request deletion
- Open the BME Now app.
- Go to Profile > Settings > Delete Account.
- Confirm your request in the app.
If you cannot access the app, email us at bookmyeventnow.in@gmail.com with your registered phone or email.
Data that is deleted
- Profile details such as name, phone, and email.
- Saved preferences, addresses, and favorites.
- Device tokens and non-essential app identifiers.
Data that may be retained
- Transaction records and invoices for legal and tax compliance.
- Dispute, refund, or fraud-prevention records if applicable.
- Aggregated or anonymized analytics that do not identify you.
Retention period: financial records may be kept for up to 7 years, or as required by law.
