Using the platform

Payments and refunds
- Payments are processed securely via Razorpay.
- Refunds follow the vendor cancellation policy shown at checkout.
- Payouts to vendors are released in T+3 business days.
Vendor obligations
- Keep pricing and availability updated.
- Deliver services as confirmed in the booking.
- Respond promptly to quote requests.
